Cancellation Policy

At See U Shining, we understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules need to change. We strive to be flexible, but to ensure fairness to both our team and all of our clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy:

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a £25 cancellation fee.
No-shows (failure to be present at the scheduled time without notice) will be charged 50% of the service total.
For clients on membership plans, late cancellations may result in forfeiting that scheduled service.
